At Domivarela S.A.S. we process personal data in accordance with the Argentine Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations. This policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter: name and email. We also record limited technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited when you accept measurement cookies.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to send communications about newly published projects, closing rounds and service updates. We do not transfer or sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is the free, express and informed consent you provide when subscribing, in accordance with Article 5 of Act 25,326.

5. Data retention

We retain your data as long as the subscription remains active or until you request its deletion. Technical data is retained for a maximum period of twenty-four months.

6. Rights of the data subject

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion at any time by writing to hola@domivarela.com. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, oversight body of Act 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the data, including in-transit encryption and internal access controls.

8. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. The last-updated date appears at the top of the document.
